Systematic development processes for creativity and innovation

Unconscious, uncontrolled and entrenched thought processes produce chaos, more and more of the same, lead to stagnation and sooner or later damage the company.

Development processes require mental freedom – even “to have impossible thoughts”, but also the discipline to analyse, evaluate and classify them towards the goal.

In this area of tension between freedom and discipline, I rely on the guideline of a systematic thinking process for development processes for creativity and innovation. It has a modular structure and can be individually adapted to the task at hand – i.e. some building blocks can also be skipped, while others require several loops to reach the desired goal.
